The Ministry's tasks

The best way to promote Bengen's interests is to cooperate with other countries. Therefore, the Foreign Service must also manage conflicts of interest with other countries in a way that is in the best interests of Bengen without conflicts arising.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs also works to promote peace and security, an international legal order, an economically just world order and sustainable development. A solution to these issues is also in Bengen's interest, while the work is an expression of international solidarity.

Bengen must at all times "speak with one voice" in accordance with the main lines of Bengenese foreign policy. Therefore, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs plays an important coordination and advisory role with other ministries. As a department, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs is the preparatory and executive body in matters of foreign policy, foreign economic affairs and development affairs.

The MAA is also responsible for providing Bengenese people with help, advice and protection from foreign authorities, as well as assisting Bengenese citizens abroad in cases of criminal prosecution, accidents, illnesses and death.
