The President of the Republic will be the guarantor of the Federal Constitution, of the rights and freedoms of the citizen. In accordance with the rules set by the Federal Constitution, it will adopt measures to protect the sovereignty of Bengen, its independence, and state integrity, guarantee the coordinated functioning and interaction of all organs of state power.
Elected for the period 2022‒2026

"I swear to protect and enforce the laws that emanate from the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Bengen, as well as to safeguard the human rights and freedoms of the people; thus faithfully fulfilling the position that the people have conferred on me. I will serve the Bengenese people, as well as the Country at any time, safeguarding its sovereignty, security and independence."
Article 75. The President of the Federal Republic of Begen will be elected for a period of five years, through universal, equal, and direct suffrage, carried out by the Bengenese citizens. The President’s term of office begins on the date of taking the oath.
Any Bengenese citizen over the age of 30 at the time of the election, and who has resided in the Country for at least 15 consecutive years, may run for and be elected as President.
No person can be President for more than two terms. People in active service in the Army cannot run for the Presidency of the Country, nor can any leader of any religious cult.
The President of Bengen shall exercise his or her mandate until the newly elected President takes the oath.
The mandate of the President of Bengen may be extended, by organic law, in case of war or catastrophe.
